In light of the transformation of Vision 2030, the municipal sector directed to prepare investment sites and adopt a flexible operating model that contributes to the optimal utilization of municipal assets and works to attract and maximize investments internally and externally. To develop contracting models for the flexibility it enjoys in accordance with the corporate system.
The study includes the general strategic face of Al-Amanah Company, its organizational structure and governance, the mechanism of assigning services and investment contracts, preliminary investment feasibility studies for real estate whose ownership will be transferred and flying a financial model based on that that helps in making the decision about the feasibility of establishing this company or not.
