Our implementation plan is based on many methodologies as follows:
Assess the current situation in all departments and sections of the Council
Submit a gap report in order to comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 for quality
Do the necessary training on the systems
Provide a number of quality procedures
The result:
Developing the Council’s staff by providing the necessary training to comply with the standard requirements
Solving a large number of problems that the Authority suffers from regarding operational processes
Study the current situation and present the future plan
Transfer of knowledge to quality management personnel and personnel concerned with the application of international standards
