Establishing a training unit for education and public awareness of the affairs of persons with disabilities and achieving the building of the strategy of the training unit, and clarifying its tasks, roles, vision and mission in line with the Authority’s vision, mission and strategy.
Evaluating the current situation through studies. We are concerned with the training needs for the integration of persons with disabilities into the labor market and the training topics that are commensurate with their training needs.
Develop detailed action plans and detail the financial and human resources required for the success of the training unit.
Develop mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of implementing plans.
